Case Study 1: Automating Lead Capture & CRM Setup
The Client: Mobeth CoutureÂ
The Challenge: Leads from social media ads were being entered by hand, which meant delays, mistakes, and lost sales opportunities. Different teams also weren't working from the same information.
The Architecture: Zapier, Meta Ads, Google Sheets, Bitrix24
The Execution: Connected Meta's lead ads directly to Zapier, so every new lead was automatically checked, cleaned up, and logged into a Google Sheet the moment it came in, with no manual copying. I then set up Bitrix24 with separate team boards (Frontend, Backend, Design, Mobile) so tasks moved automatically between teams as projects progressed. I made sure the two systems matched up perfectly, so leads flowed straight from ad capture into task assignment without anyone touching them.
Business Impact: Leads were captured instantly with zero delay, manual data entry was eliminated completely, and the business saved over 8 hours of admin work every week.
Case Study 2: Building an App to Track Orders & Staff Tasks
The Client: Mobeth Couture
The Challenge: Client measurements, design details, and staff task assignments were all tracked on paper. This caused miscommunication, outdated records, and slow updates.
The Architecture: AppSheet, Google Workspace, Google Sheets (as a database)
The Execution: Designed and built a proper database to store client profiles and design details, then turned it into an app (usable on phone or desktop) so staff and students could see live updates. I set up automatic notifications so tasks moved forward as garments went through cutting, sewing, and finishing, so everyone knew exactly what stage each order was.
Business Impact:Â The whole team could now see order status in real time, paper errors disappeared, and every step became trackable and accountable.
Case Study 3: Fixing Inventory & Sales Tracking with Spreadsheets
The Client: Straight-Gate Publishers Â
The Challenge: Tracking book inventory and sales across different regions was a mess, leading to too many returned books and lost revenue.
The Architecture: Google Sheets, Google Workspace, advanced formulas Â
The Execution: Built one central spreadsheet system to track how much inventory each sales rep had and match it against what they'd actually sold, updating automatically.
Business Impact: Inventory tracking became much clearer, book returns dropped, and sales reporting became faster and more accurate.Â
Case Study 4: Local Visibility Optimization & Google Business Management
The Client: Mobeth Couture & Brail Construction
The Challenge: Both businesses needed to show up better in local Google searches so nearby customers could find them.
The Architecture: Google Business Profile, GMB Everywhere, local SEO tools
The Execution: Setup and optimized their Google Business Profiles from scratch, researched competitors in their area, and made sure their business details and locations were accurate and complete.
Business Impact: Both businesses became easier to find in local search and maps, and started getting more direct customer inquiries, with Mobeth Couture ranking first on Google Search engine for search terms related to Fashion in Ibadan.
Case Study 5: Website Design & Management.
The Client: Brail Construction & Mobeth Couture
The Challenge: Neither business had a proper website to show their work and let customers reach out online.
The Architecture: Google Business Profile, GMB Everywhere, local SEO tools
The Execution: Set up and optimized their Google Business Profiles from scratch, researched competitors in their area, and made sure their business details and locations were accurate and complete.
Business Impact: Both businesses became easier to find in local search and maps, and started getting more direct customer inquiries.
Case Study 6: Paid Acquisition, Meta & Google Ads
The Client: Mobeth CoutureÂ
The Challenge: The business relied only on organic social media reach and needed a reliable, paid way to bring in fashion clients and student sign-ups.
The Architecture: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, retargeting, conversion tracking
The Execution: Set up and ran targeted ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google, built specific audience groups based on interests and location, wrote the ad copy, and managed the budgets to get the best return.
Business Impact: Successfully lowered the cost-per-lead (CPL) for vocational school registrations, increased website traffic conversion rates, and built a consistent, automated pipeline of prospective client inquiries.
Case Study 7: CRM Setup & Pipeline Architecture
The Client: Mobeth Couture & Brail ConstructionÂ
The Challenge: Customer messages and sales deals were being tracked manually, so things fell through the cracks.
The Architecture: Bitrix24 CRM, GoHighLevel CRM
The Execution: I set up a CRM system with clear stages for every deal and application, custom fields to capture what each client needed, and automatic tracking of every interaction.
Business Impact: No more lost leads, and management got a clear view of where every deal and student application stood.
Case Study 8: Winning Construction Tenders
The Client: Brail Construction
The Challenge: To win large construction contracts, the business needed to find the right opportunities, understand complicated requirements, and put together a complete, error-free bid fast enough to compete with bigger companies.
The Architecture: Tender Sourcing & Vetting | Regulatory Compliance Matrix | Technical Dossier Structuring
The Execution: Proactively scouted and sourced high-value commercial tenders and analyzed bidding specificatios to establish an absolute alignment with project requirements. Managed the end-to-end development of the master Technical and Financial Bid Dossier. Structured the comprehensive Company Profile by auditing and compiling executive CVs, verifiable Proof of Work/past project delivery histories, Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) incorporation records, and mandatory regulatory compliance certificates. Assembled technical validation arrays, including Proof of Equipment ownership/leasing and verified Proof of Financial Capacity (bank guarantees and audited statements), ensuring zero compliance gaps.
Business Impact: Eliminated the risk of administrative disqualification, and delivered a reusable, highly sophisticated proposal framework that drastically reduces lead time for future corporate and municipal bids.
Case Study 9: Social Media Management, Content Strategy & Community Growth
The Client: Mobeth Couture & Mobeth Fashion School
The Challenge: Growing the brand and attracting students meant staying active online consistently, posting regularly and responding to people, without it becoming overwhelming.
The Architecture: Content calendars, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business
The Execution: Planned and posted content regularly showing designs and student stories, and personally handled messages, comments, and moved interested people toward signing up or buying.
Business Impact: A more active, engaged online following, a consistent brand voice, and social media became a free source of new students and customers.
Case Study 10: Graphic Design & Corporate Visual Brand Identity
The Client: Mobeth Couture, Mobeth Fashion School & Brail Construction
The Challenge: Both brands needed a steady stream of professional-looking graphics, including flyers, banners, and social posts, to look credible and attract attention.
The Architecture: CanvaÂ
The Execution: Designed promotional graphics, admission banners, and social posts, keeping a consistent look for each brand: a luxury feel for the fashion house, and a clean, professional look for the construction company.
Business Impact: Both brands got a stronger, more consistent visual identity, and better-performing ads and posts.
Case Study 11: Setting Up Website Analytics
The Client: Brail Construction & Mobeth Couture Platforms
The Challenge: The businesses only had basic traffic numbers and couldn't see how people actually used their sites or what led them to reach out.
The Architecture: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager
The Execution: Set up proper tracking on both websites, including tracking specific actions like form submissions, WhatsApp button clicks, and portfolio downloads, all without slowing the sites down. I also filtered out internal traffic so the data stayed accurate.
Business Impact: Management could finally see exactly how visitors found the site and what led to inquiries, which helped them spend ad budgets more wisely.
Case Study 12: Advanced Research, Data Analytics & Academic Publication
The Scope: Geospatial Data Science & Environmental Forestry.
The Challenge: Evaluating complex environmental and socio-economic shifts such as regional land-use changes, population pressures, and agroforestry adoption required advanced spatial analytics, robust statistical modeling, and peer-reviewed documentation.
The Architecture: Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Remote Sensing & Landsat Imagery, Maximum Likelihood Classification Algorithms, Statistical Modeling
The Execution: Co-authored research papers published in peer-reviewed international journals. I used satellite images to track how cities and forests changed over decades, and built statistical models to explain what was driving farming and land-use shifts.
Impact: Contributed to published, peer-reviewed research and demonstrated the ability to handle complex data analysis and academic-level writing.
